Return Process
- 1.Report Discrepancies
Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery regarding any damaged, expired, or incorrect food items.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Submit clear photographs of the product labels and the specific issues, along with your original invoice number for verification.
- 3.Awaiting Authorization
Our quality control team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within two business days.
- 4.Refund or Credit
Once approved, we will issue a credit note to your account or process a refund to your original payment method, excluding perishable items handled outside of temperature requirements.
